VIDEO PORTFOLIO

David Zwirner

Since 2012, I have edited over 200 videos for the gallery’s digital media and marketing departments. In addition to editing, I directed video shoots for twelve exhibitions in 2014. Videos include exhibition walkthroughs, press previews, and documentaries about the gallery’s artists. Special projects include trailers, unique videos for Instagram, time-lapse videos of installations, internal presentations/talks, and private videos of works for the sales department. To view more videos I've created for the gallery, please visit David Zwirner's YouTube Channel.

This exhibition had mixed media including framed works, sculptures, and video with sound. In addition to editing, I directed the video shoot and utilized multiple capture techniques to properly represent and showcase the various works in this exhibition.

Matthew Marks

From 2013-2014, I directed video shoots and edited installation videos of the gallery’s New York exhibitions. The gallery wanted the videos to feature the works from the viewer’s perspective, so I utilized tracking shots within the installation and around works and included shots of people looking at work to achieve this effect.
